Join Donna for 8 nights in an eco-resort on the warm coast of Costa Rica to share in yoga overlooking the ocean, and adventures into the beauty of this country, which is such an ecological gem. See monkeys and tropical birds just off the veranda of your room! I visited this resort for a retreat myself last December and loved it. My first time for zip-lining and standup paddle-boarding!

Donna leads her gentle, restorative yoga, including deep relaxation techniques, while Jon (her husband and spiritual partner for 27 years) leads meditation practices. Together, they'll share original songs and soul-stirring chants, to help lead us inward.
The Yachats Inn has a lovely extra building on the grounds that is a wonderful yoga venue. They call it the Teahouse, and from it we can look over the lawn and out to the ocean.
There are various levels of rooms there to suit your needs. Many rooms allow dogs.
The inn has reserved a bank of rooms for us, but don't wait to reserve yours. You can stay at other locations nearby too.
To reserve a room at the Yachats Inn, call 1-888-270-3456 and tell them you are part of this retreat.
Look for another Yachats retreat next June!
