Tuesday

Gentle Yoga

10-11:30AM

 A gentle, but thorough, yoga class, in a slow-paced, caring atmosphere of acceptance. Strengthen, align, relax, breathe, develop body awareness. Appropriate for students recovering from injuries or chronic pain. Adaptations of poses are suggested and encouraged where needed.

Wednesday (All Virtual)

Hatha Yoga - Zoom only

10-11:30AM

This  class is gentle yet strengthening; energetic yet soul-quieting.  Using traditional yoga postures as well as various props, including hand weights, we address postural alignment, strength, and flexibility.  With your input, I'll help you work on any places in the body that need attention!   This class is recorded, and you will automatically receive the recording, which is good for 6 days.

Strong Bones, Strong Core

10-11:30AM

A class dedicated to you. strengthening bones using hand weights of your level (or none), and core strength.  Doctors have told us stretching and walking are not enough, as we age. Start where you are, and build strength while having fun.

Hatha Yoga I

9:15AM-10:30

In-person only 

Hatha Yoga is the practice of performing the asanas (poses) of yoga mindfully, as well as attention to the breath (pranayama). We practice a full range of asanas, from floor poses, standing, sitting, and simple inverted poses, for the highest benefit to all the organs of the body.  

Level : Level 1.

On the Ball Yoga

11AM-12:30 Once per month

In-person only 

Learn safe and fun ways to use a stability ball (gymnastic ball) for gaining freedom and strength throughout the body.  You'll have fun doing it! Basic moves, poses, and safety will be taught, with modifications given for additional challenge. EY Memberships are accepted for this class.
